Nothing upfront. There are no retainers, no subscriptions, and no per-lead fees. You pay 14.5% of your commission to Best Agent NZ — but only when a sale completes through a vendor we matched you with. If a deal doesn't close, you pay nothing.
Any current REAA 2008-licensed real estate agent in New Zealand with a verifiable track record of recent residential sales. We prioritise agents whose performance data — sale price, days on market, sales volume — places them in the top quartile of their suburb.
Each vendor lead is shared with up to three matched agents — they choose who to engage with. This keeps the comparison meaningful for vendors and aligns with our independence promise. There is no exclusive-lead tier.
By verifiable performance data: recent sale prices in the vendor's suburb, days on market, sale price relative to RV, and sales volume in the past 12 months. We don't accept payment for ranking, ever. Agents who consistently underperform their suburb median are removed from the network.
A simple introduction acknowledgement (so we can track outcomes) and an agreement to honour the 14.5% referral fee at settlement. We don't take editorial control of your listings, marketing, or process.
